A successful businessman with over 30 years’ experience, Wayne owns Winger Motors Ltd, one of New Zealand's largest automotive dealership networks. He has extensive expertise in significant residential subdivisions, greenfield commercial developments, and value-add commercial projects.

Andy has extensive experience in sourcing and investing in commercial property, redevelopment projects, subdivisions, property management and lease negotiations. He is currently directly responsible for the management and growth of a portfolio of over 25 commercial properties in the wider Auckland region.​​
