A successful businessman with over 30 years’ experience, Wayne owns Winger Motors Ltd, one of New Zealand's largest automotive dealership networks. He has extensive expertise in significant residential subdivisions, greenfield commercial developments, and value-add commercial projects.

Andy has extensive experience in sourcing and investing in commercial property, redevelopment projects, subdivisions, property management and lease negotiations. He is currently directly responsible for the management and growth of a portfolio of over 25 commercial properties in the wider Auckland region.​​

Will supports the team with the daily oversight of assets and assistance in all projects relating to Key Capital and associated companies managed. His access to numerous contractors and various other management tools help optimize the group as well as their customers portfolios.  ​
